The ice bucket challenge has done a great job of raising awareness about ALS. So when I was nominated for the challenge, I figured one more video of someone dumping ice water on her head might not accomplish much. Instead, I started researching more about the suspected causes of ALS at places like the National Institute of Health and Mayo Clinic.
What I found was similar to when I was researching ultram for back pain – our bodies are simply being exposed to too many toxic chemicals in our every day lives, and it can cause things to go haywire inside.
So here’s my version of the challenge, switching gears to start focusing on what we can do to PREVENT diseases like this. My number one tip for reducing toxins in your world is to stop using dryer sheets! Here are xanax and marijuana.
